Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients at all levels on subject issues and to fulfil various administrative tasks related to
issuance of business agreement and contracts.
- Develop ideas and create offers for marketing to major accounts by main market sector.
- Respond to and follow up with clients throughout Asia Pacific by any means of communication.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
- With the help from the relevant departments, provide the Management Team with a regular update on essential marketing as and when necessary.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
- Liaise and attend meetings with clients to understand better their marketing needs and to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Ensure that the marketing plans are in line with EW’s policies and strategies, with emphasis on quality, cost efficiency and impact.
- Responsible for management and supervision of all aspects of the regional marketing activities and projects including human-, financial- and logistical resources.
Required Education and Experience:
- Possess minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or any related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in increasing levels of responsibility with proven success in marketing or business development.
- Strong sales background, particularly in NDT is an added advantage. Should maintain appropriate professional memberships and participate in organizations and events.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven business development track record in the region, a strong network, and understand the value of maintaining ongoing client relationships after project start-up.
- Regional and occasional outside region travel is required.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Comfort in dealing with various levels of senior executives.
- Excellent communication with the ability to produce highly professional proposals and
- presentations.
- Persuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others in order to promote our offers and get them to support influencing other decision makers.
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Knowledge in using MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to CRM software is an advantage.
