Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage offshore construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and expectations.

Coordinate and manage work crews to ensure high productivity and quality of work.

Monitor construction processes, report progress, and resolve issues as they arise.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and client expectations, actively pushing for timely completion of tasks.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits with a keen focus on safety and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent or CSR in offshore construction, specifically in piping,  mechanical, and electrical & instrumentation (E&I) scopes.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Relevant certifications in safety, construction management, or related disciplines.

Familiarity with offshore regulations and safety standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing productivity while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

Extensive offshore construction experience with a focus on piping, mechanical and E&I.

Previous involvement in similar carryover projects.

A proven track record of successful project completion.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must hold a valid BOSIET certification and offshore medical clearance.
